Data Deletion Instructions

At Gamedrobe, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have used your Facebook account to log into our service and would like to delete any personal data associated with your account, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from Gamedrobe, you can submit a data deletion request by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account that is linked to your Gamedrobe account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. Select Apps and Websites from the left-hand menu.
  4. Find Gamedrobe in the list of connected services and click on it.
  5. Click Remove to disconnect Gamedrobe from your Facebook account.
  6. After disconnecting, please email us at info@gamedrobe.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook username and associated email in the body of the message.

What Happens After Your Request?

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Verify your identity and the associated account details.
  • Delete any personal data we have collected from your Facebook login.
  • Confirm the deletion with a follow-up email within 30 days.

Please note that some data, such as transaction records or data required for legal obligations, may not be deleted immediately but will be removed as soon as legally permissible.
